The Evaluation Phase includes assessing customer needs, setting expectations and testing the concrete floor. Testing a small area helps establish the starting point within the CONTRx System while giving a preview of possible results.

The Preparation Phase of the System can range from a simple cleaning to heavier preparation including coating removal, scarifying, grinding or crack repair. The purpose of this phase is to prepare a concrete surface that is capable of becoming stronger, smoother and reflective.

For Light Preparation CONTRx uses Metal Bond Diamond Grinding Dots in 30, 70 & 120 Grit for Soft, Medium or Hard concrete.

The Honing - Polishing Phase of the system is the final and simplest phase in the whole system. Within this phase mechanical and chemical components join together to create strong, smooth and highly reflective concrete surfaces.

The Honing stage consists of Resin Bond Diamond Discs which refine the concrete by eliminating scratch marks seen by the naked eye.

The Polish stage's V-HarrTM Felt Polishing Pads clean the surface while polishing, resulting in a higher shine than competing brands.

CONTRx chemicals include Densifier which prevents concrete deterioration. When used with our V-HarrTM Buffing Pad, the CONTRx Sealer not only deters staining but dramatically increases the floors reflectivity.

The CONTRx Honing Kit includes Resin accessories. Five V-HarrTM accessory steps are included in the CONTRx Polish Kit. Chemicals are sold separately.
